2.1 Eligibility:

We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, prices, and availability of goods are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Prices:

All prices on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order and we have accepted it, the price you paid will not change.

2.4 Orders:

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer at our discretion. We will send you an email confirmation of your order, which does not mean that we have accepted it. We will accept your order and form a contract with you only when we dispatch the goods to you and send you an email confirmation of dispatch.

2.5 Payment:

Payment for goods and delivery charges must be made at the time of placing your order. We accept payment by debit card, credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods that we may offer from time to time. We use a secure payment gateway to process your payment and protect your personal information.

2.6 Delivery:

We will deliver the goods to the delivery address that you provide at the time of placing your order. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery time, but we do not guarantee that we will meet the delivery time. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that we only dispatch orders on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS. The cut-off time for orders is 9am on the morning of dispatch.

We use Royal Mail to post our orders. For deliveries within the UK, Royal Mail offer a signed-for service which only ensures that a signature is obtained upon delivery. If you require insured delivery, please choose the appropriate shipping option during checkout. Please note that insured delivery covers the value of the goods should they get damaged or go missing in transit.

2.7 Returns and refunds:

For Refurbished Preloved Items:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that a fixed restocking fee of £5.00 per item will be charged for returns due to reasons such as change of heart, change of mind, too big, too small, or not suitable. Additionally, if the item(s) have been tampered with in any way, an hourly rate will be charged to restore the item(s) to their original condition. Any fees will be communicated to you prior to processing your return.

If an item has been damaged in transit, we will need to see photographic evidence of the damage before we can process your refund.

We recommend that you use the cheapest signed-for delivery method to return the item(s) to us. Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of return postage if the item(s) are damaged or not as described.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item(s).

For Handmade Items:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

2.8 Intellectual property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and designs, in the goods and our website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

2.9 Liability:

Our liability to you in connection with the goods and the website is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, or use of money, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Handmade and refurbished sterling silver jewellery:

3.1 Handmade jewellery:

Our handmade jewellery is made from sterling silver, which is a precious metal that may tarnish over time. We recommend that you avoid wearing the jewellery in water, while exercising, or while sleeping, and that you store it in a dry and air-tight place. We do not guarantee the durability or longevity of the jewellery.

3.2 Refurbished jewellery:

Our refurbished jewellery is previously owned and may have signs of wear and tear, which we will describe in the product description to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee the condition or authenticity of the jewellery.

Privacy policy:

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Gift Vouchers

 

Gift vouchers are redeemable for jewellery products on my website only and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within a three month time frame, which will be clearly stated on the voucher. If a gift voucher is not redeemed within the specified time frame, it will expire and become invalid.

Gift vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; any remaining balance on a voucher cannot be used for future purchases.

If the value of the items purchased using a gift voucher is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

If the value of the items purchased using a gift voucher exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

A gift voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other gift vouchers, discount codes or promotions.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of any gift voucher in cases of fraud, illegal activity or in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
